Chinese Seaweed Soup
Ingredients
- 15 China Date
- 15 Dried Longan
- 15 Lotus Seed
- 15gm Rock Sugar
- 10gm Brown Sugar
- 5gm Snow Fungus
- 1L Water
- 35gm Seaweed
Preparation
- Wash and immerse seaweed overnight
- Cut the seaweed approximately in 1 inch
- Heat the water until boiling,then enter all ingredients (except seaweed) boil about 1/2 hour
- Turn off the heat and let water becomes warm, then enter seaweed
- Ready to be served during warm or cold
Asiatica Seaweed
Ingredients
- Dried seaweed (Wash and immerse overnight)
- Some green mango - thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes - sliced in a wedge shape
- 1 onion - thinly sliced
- Chilies - quantity according to taste
- 3 to 4 Lime
- Salt and fish sauce
Preparation
- Slice seaweed, rinse several times and mixed with a pinch of salt. Then dip it in hot water and strained for a few minutes.
- Mix all the above ingredients followed by 1 tsp of fish sauce and squeeze a lime according to taste.
- Ready to be served.
Sky Blue Punch
Ingredients
- 100ml Orange juice
- 400ml Blue soda / pepsi blue
- 60gm Seaweed (Wash and immerse overnight then cut approximately in 1 inch)
- 60gm nada de coco
- 60ml Lychee syrup
- 1 tbsp of basil
- Ice Cube
Preparation
- Mix Orange juice, Seaweed, nata de coco and Basil. Stir well then chilled in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
- Before served, pour Blue soda/pepsi blue then put ice cubes according to taste.
Collagen Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 glass of seaweed (already cook)
- 375ml Evaporated milk (1 can)
- A cup of sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp Flavor (depends)
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients then heat until boiling about 1/2 hour
- Pour into a small container
- Keep in the refrigerator
- Ready to be served
Collagen Ice-Malaysia
Ingredients
- 200ml seaweed (already cook)
- 200ml water
- sugar (depends)
- Orange/Grape/Corn flavor (depends)
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients then heat until warm
- pour in an ice-cream plastic
- Keep in the refrigerator
